Rima Chakrabarti

Rima is a physician scientist and venture capital investor with KdT Ventures, where she partners with and invests in early stage scientific founders engineering the world at the molecular level. She graduated from Brown in 2011 with a degree in Neuroscience, went to UT Southwestern for medical school, where she studied lipid metabolism in the lab, and then went on to the University of Pennsylvania for clinical training in neurology. Driven to translate science at the bench to treatments in the clinic, she jumped from clinical training to the Fannin Innovation Studio, a life sciences startup cultivation firm in Houston TX, before joining KdT.
